# 询前表单-多语系

## 第一个步骤：建立

设置 → 询前表单 → 创建表单 → 输入名称 → 确定

## 第二个步骤：设置语言(问题)分类

点击\</> → 点击编辑 → 上传对应图标 → 输入名称 → 放入对话链接<mark style="color:red;">(</mark>[<mark style="color:red;">如何获取对话链接</mark>](#di-san-ge-bu-zhou-huo-qu-dui-hua-lian-jie)<mark style="color:red;">)</mark>

依照需求增加可供访客选择的语言(红框)，若还有其他语言可以点击下图**蓝框**位置添加

## 第三个步骤：获取对话链接

**设置 → 网站接入 → 对应接入口的对话链接 → 选择语言(访客开启页面时的显示语言) → 复制对话链接**&#x20;

将复制的对话链接贴到询前表单设置内的对话链接栏位([查看设置问题分类](#di-er-ge-bu-zhou-she-zhi-yu-yan-wen-ti-fen-lei))

## 多国语言需求

1. 使用对应不用语系的[欢迎语](/aican-xi-tong-cao-zuo-shou-ce/aican-ke-fu-xi-tong/aican-cao-zuo-shou-ce/san-she-zhi/ge-xing-hua/dui-hua-chuang-kou.md#huan-ying-yu)需求
2. 有加值购买自动翻译的，需要到智能辅助设置将翻译开启设置([查看自动翻译设置](#zi-dong-fan-yi-she-zhi-cha-kan-xiang-xi-she-zhi))
3. 接待时分辨访客是由哪一个语系接入口进线咨询

有以上3点的需求，需创建个别语系的接入口(笵例图可自行依需求增减接入口)

并获取对应接入口的链接 → 放到询前表单内的对话链接栏位([查看设置问题分类](#di-er-ge-bu-zhou-she-zhi-yu-yan-wen-ti-fen-lei)) &#x20;

## 第四个步骤：获取询前表单链接

前面步骤完成后就可以获取总链接配置上前台，提供访客点击
