# 询前表单

询前表单的问题分类功能，主要可以让访客点击要**咨询的语言**或是**问题分类**，设置专属客服接线。

#### 点击➕号新增询前表单，输入自定义名称

### 询前表单自定义LOGO

#### 点击问题分类旁的铅笔图示![](/files/U5FG9A4HVGNEmrOroMcc)，可设置选项图片，添加问题分类

* 编辑问题分类名称以及接入此分类的专属客服链接，上传前台选项显示的图标，**尺寸为 400\*400**，系统会自动缩放。
* 询前表单的问题分类功能，让访客点击要咨询的问题分类，设置专属客服接线。
* 此处对话链接需到网站接入去生成专属客服链接。

#### 完成设置，并且替换前台的对话链接后即可生效
