# 留言设置

开启访客留言后，当客服全部**离线**时，转接人工坐席会进入留言页面，可以针对**不同网站**设置不同的留言内容。

当访客留言后，留言信息会进入到访客留言页面，客服可以根据访客所留信息进行联系沟通。
