# 敏感词

敏感词分成访客端和客服端两个场景来设定。

## 访客敏感词

访客敏感词添加后，访客发送的讯息内容中如果含有设定的敏感词，客服接收端自动会将此敏感词变为「\*」

## 客服禁用词

客服禁用词添加后， 客服发送的讯息内容中如果含有设定的禁用词，系统自动拦截所发送的讯息使其无法发送成功，并且给予客服无法发送消息的提示。
