# 服务主题

服务主题用于分类对话，帮助您了解和分析您客户咨询的目的和意向。主题可以有多层级，方便不同的业务归类

设置完成后即可于客服工作台页面与访客对话时，针对此次对话沟通的目的和意向做服务主题的评估（如下图）

当对话结束，仍可以在“已结束”的对话列表中筛选出未评估的对话进行评估，如下图红框
