# 客服工作台对话记录查询

### 客服人员可以查看正在接入对话访客的聊天历史记录

此功能可让访客换其他客服服务时，客服可查询该访客过往聊天历史，使资讯同步。

1. #### 对话窗口页面点击查看之前对话，显示此访客上一次的对话内容
2. #### 右侧历史记录模块，点击可查看此客户从第一次到最后一次所有的聊天记录
